Welcome to Reykjavik comes to you from the very flat province of Saskatchewan. not only do they pen wonderful cozy folk tunes, but lead singer Sean even has a wonderful cozy folk beard (and its rouge). he is accompanied on vocals by the lovely voiced emily. we here at Hi-Five believe the best way to get to know a band is by listening to their tunes and getting them to list things. so after you're done reading their lists, go listen to their tunes.

Favourite albums of 2009. My favorite albums of 2009 include Veckatimist by Grizzly Bear and the new Pheonix album. The best music DVD I've ever come across came out this year too, Miroir Noir by Arcade Fire.
Your biggest musical inspirations (or things that inspire your writing). Things that inspire my writing are seasons, friends, photographs, memories, places, and things just going on in my life. Some highly influential artists include Bon Iver, Zachary Lucky, Sufjan Stevens, Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, and The Antlers.
What is one song (or name a few) that you never seem to get tired of, no matter how many times you listen to it?
