The Singer Not The Song comes to you from Spain, although you may find him in Germany from time to time as well. His music / look evokes memories of how rock n' roll used to be. There are times when you listen to his stuff and you'll find yourself thinking 'his voice kind of sounds like Jim Morrison there' or a brief moment will remind you of Oasis. Don't get me wrong, all moments sound like The Singer Not The Song, there is just that vibe of a true rock n' roll soul apparent at all times.
I've been a fan from the first listen and look forward to hear what he's been working on.

Your biggest musical inspirations (or things that inspire your writing). Everything that happens in a fraction of a second looking into the eyes of another human being (or even oneself). Dreams (good and bad). Looking at trees dance and flowers brittle. Dawn. Dusk. Quantum mechanics.
What do you play and record with? I own a '72 Ibanez 12-string acoustic guitar, a custom Martin acoustic, and an old and small spanish guitar I just managed to restore last summer, a banjo, a little glockenspiel and an accordion that usually lay around the place... and a Danelectro DE 59 is joining the pack soon. To record I currently use a Rode NT1A mic through a Presonus Bluetube preamp and a Fast Track Pro M-Audio sound card, all of it plugges into a dysfunctional PC (Mac will soon follow).

What is one song (or name a few) that you never seem to get tired of, no matter how many times you listen to it? National anthems and supermarket jingles. Also some religious chants performed only on certain nights at certain places in a certain tone and swing.
